To request a license, please complete and submit the form below.

You may also contact us via e-mail at vitecsupport@baesystems.com or by phone at (800) 798-4832 to request a license key.

Note: License key requests can take up to three business days for completion.

Before completing this form, you may find it helpful to gather the following information:

  1. Find the hostid of the system that will run the license server software.
    • UNIX
      • cd $ELT_PATH ($ELT_PATH is the location where elt is installed)
        bin/lshostid
      • This will report the hostid the license server software is looking for.
    • Windows NT (VITec PC must be installed first):
      • run c:\program files\VITec PC\License\Echoid32.exe (this path might be different on your system)
      • This will report the hostid the license server software is looking for.
